Welcome!
My name is Tanya Carrillo, and I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida. I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, families, perinatal and postpartum women, and older adults.
I support individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work through concerns such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, behavioral challenges in children, and postpartum depression. I also have a special passion for supporting those experiencing mental health challenges related to immigration.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel empowered to create meaningful and lasting change. I integrate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs.
Together, we’ll work toward healing, resilience, and growth.
